Flora Fountain, a stunning piece of architectural heritage, is situated at the Hutatma Chowk in the bustling Fort business district of South Mumbai, India. As we walk through Flora Fountain, a prominent landmark in Mumbai, we are greeted with the bustling Maharana Gandhi Road. This road boasts a mix of old and new architecture, taking us on a journey through the city's history. On both sides of the road, we can see impressive buildings that showcase the rich heritage and culture of Mumbai.
The majestic Mumbai University stands tall with its iconic clock tower, while the grand Army Navy Building exudes an aura of strength and power. These architectural marvels are a reflection of the city's past and its evolution into a modern metropolis. As we continue our walk, we are greeted by the charming Kala Ghoda, a bustling art and cultural district that is home to numerous galleries, museums, and cafes. The entire walk along Maharana Gandhi Road is a feast for the eyes, as we marvel at the beautiful structures and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Mumbai.
The last leg of our photowalk we reach the iconic Gateway of India and the majestic Taj hotel. The Gateway of India, a 20th-century monument built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to Mumbai, stood tall and proud, welcoming us with open arms
Adjacent to it was the magnificent Taj hotel, one of the oldest and most luxurious hotels in India. Its stunning architecture and intricate details left us mesmerized as we clicked away with our cameras, trying to capture every angle and aspect of these magnificent structure. We complete our journey at the Swami Vivekanand Statue, where we bid farewell to one another. So come and join us for an unforgettable photowalk experience as we explore the enchanting lanes and monuments of South Mumbai on foot.
Photowalk is open to everyone and one can click from any device.
We also provide free Fujifilm Mirrorless Cameras during the photowalk that can be shared with the group, just bring your SD Card and retrieve the photos once the photowalk is over.
Photowalk is open to all above the Age of 18 Years
Participant can click photos from any camera or mobile phones
If you do not have a camera we will provide you with a mirrorless camera that will be shared with other participants during the photowalk. Please carry a SD Card to so you can take your clicked photos back. We would require a photo ID with address proof to be submitted at the time of the photowalk.
Please note that photo walks are done on foot, so expect lots of walking.
Is there any Fees for attending the Photowalk ?
All our photowalks across India are free of cost . Government entry fees applies incase of heritage sites participant's need to pay the entry fees for visiting these site.
I do not have a Camera can I participate in the Photowalk ?
Yes surely you can. We provide Fujifilm Mirrorless Cameras for our photowalks that will be shared among the participants. It would be great if you could carry a SD Card, so that you can take back your clicked photographs.
